I am a woman with urinary problems...easy UTIs, urgency, frequency, little flow etc. I suppose some of you know what I am talking about especially when you start timing your day as to where/when you'll be "going". I'm not a medicine-taker so I've used homeopathic solutions to all these problems and supplements like D-Mannose and Cran-Max with uva ursi and dandelion tea. Recently I was experiencing another "bout" with urgency and little flow and decided that something must be missing...something which can help me more. Then I found beta sitosterol! I queried "beta sitosterol for women" and this Nature's Craft product came up and I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting THAT much of a change but my life is DRAMATICALLY better since I started taking a capsule a day. I barely wake up at night now. I don't have a constant "gotta go" type of feeling. My "flow" is better and I actually can hold it without feeling urgency. Amazing! I tried another brand (Source Naturals) which did not work as well (they have a horse pill). Nature's Craft Beta Sitosterol is what I'll stick to for all the days of my life. I just wish they sold a multi-pack for those of us who can't go a day without it! Lowering cholesterol and growing new hair are also benefits listed but I haven't really noticed too much hair growing after almost 2 months...maybe that's yet to kick in. ****After using the CAPSULE version of this for over a year, they switched to TABLET with a totally different ingredient list. My feeling is that the manufacturer did not tell their customers. Even when I emailed them, they pretended the ingredients were the same. This is unacceptable and, by the way, the tablets do not work (or maybe work half as good). I don't know but I returned the unopened bottles and will never order this version of beta-sitosterol again!

First, I've been on this supplement for almost 3 months. I added this to my regular Prostate Supplement which did not contain Beta Sitosterol. The first week both of my supplements worked well. Bathroom visits at bedtime cut from 3-4x to 1-2x. Than it started to vary between 2-3x.And sometime 4x. Being persistent I continued taking this pill plus my 2 other prostate pills per day. I even varied the times from lunch to 9 pm. It seems to work best from 3-6pm. I still get up at night at least 1-2x but without the urgency to urinate. It seems that I get up because it's an ingrained habit. And since I'm awake I go to the bathroom to pee. I have noticed that my stream is much more forceful as well. I also tried taking only the Beta Sitosterol without the other supplement. I believe they work better together. In summary, this product is helpful and I'm giving it 3.5 Stars!
