Been taking this for liver and sinus support for years. Took a few days break recently because when taking supplements you’re supposed to take a break every so often. I hadn’t taken a break from this for a very long time because I’ve gotten used to taking it every morning. Decided to do that and found out how much it was helping with my inflammation. Probably won’t take a break from it again. It was unpleasant. Never upsets my stomach. Easy to swallow.

So far so good. I use a lot of Tylenol and I read that this product detoxifies your liver when you take a lot of Tylenol.
