No it’s not adjustable. But it is a beautiful, well made strap. I like it a lot.

The Cross isn’t upside down when worn. If it is you put it on backwards.

Q: Do you have to have any extra stuff to put on a guitar if you are buying a strap for the first time?

No, electric guitars all have strap buttons. A few acoustic guitars only have a strap button on the back end and not one at the heel of the neck. If that's the case, you'll need to either install a strap button or use a strap button adapter.
