My grandmother has a hard time reading these days. It's easy to hold in the hands, and the light is perfect to illuminate the page. Like all magnifying items, its distance needs to be adjusted before you get a sharp image. It's a sturdy plastic, and the perfect size to fit in a large purse.

Depending on the size of the book, you can see and read the whole page at the same time. Real helpful to see small print. Even those how to manual in micro font. Works great.

I thought the Eye Candy was a wonderful idea. I must not have understood the full concept, or what I am doing wrong. I was under the impression the entire page I was using it to read by would be magnified clearly, not just portions. I will certainly give the delivery a 5 star rating, but not sure about the product itself. I will give a 4 star, giving the product the benefit of doubt.

When I put batteries in it the light didn't come on, I realized the positive contact is too far recessed into the plastic, so I cut a piece of brass shim material to fit in there and take up the space. Any conductive metal of the right thickness would work. Cheaply made product and not worth the money they charge but it is easy to use and is light enough not to be too tiring to hold for my mother.

I am amazed at service and quality

Tried it when I first got it. It seemed to work fine. When I went to actually use it, the light didn't work so I thought maybe I forgot to turn it off and replaced batteries. Light still doesn't work. did flash on briefly but went out again. I can't get it to work. Seems like a flimsy item. Very disappointed. It will probably just go in the trash.

Just got new glasses but prescription still unable to see up close. Allows me to read most things but cutting still a challenge.

No matter what your eyesight is, the Eye Candy is really useful when trying to read use by dates and other difficult to read items. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very good magnification - can use on many different types of documents

I ordered the 4 pack and only got 1! I will be calling amason! The charge to me was $152 and change!! It's really not as good as I expected!

I like that it is big enough not to lose track of it. I like that it lights up the page as well as magnifying the print. It is convenient, helpful, it works and it’s ☺️ cute.

This Eye Candy is scratch and only makes the writing blurred. I wish I’d never bought it
