Bought this for my sister in Jamaica no issues reported you know how it goes in the island, device are ALWAYS broken. Was worth every penny so far.

But the charger failed within the first week... Fortunately a normal fast charging USB block is sufficient to charge it up and keep it going...

It's good quality! It's just what I really needed.

This claims to be compatible with verizons network. It is not. The model number for Verizon compatible ones is 345xdala1v. Whenever i received the laptop i tried entering the IMEI into Verizons website and it says its incompatible. I went digging around on the internet and found an IMEI from the proper model number and Verizon's site accepted it. When looking at the model number listed in the specs for this chromebook it's not listed as the proper verizon compatible model. Even though they claim it works. That being said, it did come in amazing condition. It looked practically brand new. And it was packaged very well. It's such a shame I had to return it and buy another one. So you're not planning on using it with a phone plan it would be perfect! Also, i messaged the sellers about the problem and they never responded.

Not sure why rating asks about touch screen since it doesn’t have one. Battery lasts almost 8 hours and charges quickly. Screen works and has no dead spots or discoloration. Only bad thing I have to say is the casing has noticeable chips/scrapes/dents. So far doesn’t seem like anything internally is wrong and it’s faster performance than I expected.

Product works flawlessly display isn't the best from side view so placement is key for best visual experience and does work well with Xbox Game Pass through their website is the best option.

The microphone isn't working properly on this and I can't be heard on video calls. I know there's tech support but I'm concerned I just bought a cheap laptop and I might need to return it. Another issue is that the charging indicator light is always red. It never turns any other color to indicate that it's done being charged. But it does charge very quickly! I like that the keyboard is light colored and the key letters are dark. It's easier to see that way. It's a beautiful laptop. But it's a big deal that I have to deal with the microphone.

Viene con detalles estéticos que si son algo visibles, algunos rallones que no se quitan, pero en general por el precio está muy bien, incluye su cargador y venía bien protegida en el paquete. La capacidad es algo sencilla pero muy fluida para un niño o cosas de estudio o trabajo, buena opción por el precio.

Buena laptop con lo necesario para hacer tus tareas de la escuela.

La verdad solo me interesaba que el Chromebook funcionara, lo cual hizo con otro cargador que tenia y tendre que comprar otro aparte pero bueno ya sabia que no iba a ser de la misma marca ya que era un cargador Dell tipo C de 65 W como lo requiere pero al menos manden uno que funcione. Lo bueno que lo probe antes de regalarselo a mi madre.
