I want to preface this by saying I absolutely love this karaoke machine. Although it’s a budget alternative to some other karaoke machines, it did not disappoint!The package includes the speaker, 2 mics, a power cable and a manual. The speaker itself is very portable and easy to carry around so you can have karaoke sessions anywhere! the speaker also features fun and colourful lighting effects which really adds to the whole vibe.My only issue with the machine is that at one point it would only connect to 1 microphone at a time. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and kind and advised me to power both mics on and off rapidly 3 times and they would enter pairing mode. This worked and helped resolve my issue so I would rate customer service a 10/10.Also as this is a “budget” speaker, the sound quality is good but not the best so don’t expect it to have deep bass or outstanding quality like a JBL. With that said however I think it’s a very good karaoke machine for the price and I am very pleased with it!

I got this for Xmas and used it a few times in the days following its unwrapping.easy to use/connect/configure. sound was ok for the price and it came with a couple of wireless microphones that worked rather well and don't need configuration.however i'm giving it 1 start due to the quality of the product and the appalling customer service.The battery quickly failed. In the first few weeks it would last for hours and charge rather quickly.After the festive period, as it usually happens, it was left unused for a couple of months. When I used it again, it was charged to full capacity but the battery didn't last for more than 1 hour, much shorter than when it was brand new.I was hoping it may be a one-off thing, but when charging it fully again the problem remained.not only that, but sometimes even if there's battery left, it just switches itself off. You switch off/on and it will continue to run again for 30min or so. It seems the battery is faulty.that would be ok if you could get access to a proper service, but it's not the case.they answer quickly but with templated messages that don't answer any of the questions you put forward. when you insist and get them to write a more personalised message, they are very patronising about how to use the product.apparently, i don't know how to charge it and they disregarded any comment or question i made.they finally accepted a return under the existing warranty, but i was asked to pay for the packaging (they are very specific about how to send it) and the postal costs. this is absolutely unacceptable as it's a big speaker and the costs to send it back are higher than half what i paid for it. This means i'm not going to return it and i'm stuck with a faulty device.

Granddaughters favourite present and mother quite enjoyed it as well. Could have done with an emergency volume reduction button for granddad. Good quality feel to the machine and worth the money.
