Spontuneous - The Song Game - Sing It or Shout It - Talent NOT Required - Family Party Board Game

This is great game in concept and we had fun at a family event playing it but I feel certain elements have been over complication.The first one being that you have to get each player to think of 5 words from 5 different songs and write them down which is what you then use to call out and prompt the singing.I think a stack of cards with random words, some common, some perhaps more tricky that the organiser then calls out for everyone to think of a song that includes that word would be far more practical and speed up the start of the game as people spend ages just thinking of words.All in all it was ok and people had fun but it just felt too faffy and convoluted at times.

Difficult to understand the rules. Three people tried and failed. Ended up putting it away for another day. I’m sure once we learn the rules it will be a good game.

I thought I'd love this game as I'm always singing songs from words I hear. We played it once and it was ok, but some people struggled with coming up with the songs and words themselves and it made the game quite slow paced. I expected to have a complete game and not one where we have to come up with the questions. I'm not sure it was worth the money.

We got the game out today 26th Dec. it was not what I expected, very complicated instructions even for adults.

Exactly as described, very happy with it.

Love this game. Love watching my kids play!!
