Pretty simple product that looks very nice when installed. The finish was top notch and the Allen screws are small enough that they're not that noticeable. I bought one pack to see if I'd like them and was pleased enough to order the remaining ones needed

I was a little unsure about buying baluster shoes online. These shoes are fine. I bought the satin finish which looked fine. They were nicely packaged individually in ziploc bags. Overall, the product was fine.
