I’ve been using the product and it’s been incredibly reliable for everyday cooking. The size is perfect for regular meals, and it doesn’t take up too much counter space. The rice comes out consistently fluffy and evenly cooked, whether I’m making white rice, brown rice, mixed grains, or porridge. The nonstick inner pot makes cleanup very easy, and nothing sticks or burns. I also appreciate how simple it is to use. The Cuckoo CR-0675FW was a gift, and it’s an appliance I didn’t know I needed! I’ve used it for quinoa, white rice, and brown rice, and everything comes out fluffy and perfect every time. It also has a reheat option — I used it for chili and it warmed slowly and evenly with no cold spots. I love being able to set it and forget it (it gives a few beeps when it’s done). Sometimes I’ll mix in frozen veggies with about 10 minutes left, and it works great. It’s perfect for a small kitchen or dorm, easy to use, and ideal for making single meals in one go. Another big plus is that it’s super easy to clean. The menu selection is simple and easy to follow.

I honestly don’t know how to use all of the features of this thing but it works great for my needs. I just add the rice, water, salt, and butter and then press start and like 15 minutes later it beeps at me and I have perfectly cooked rice. It’s a good size for storage, but honestly bigger than I need it to be. It’s also very easy to clean. The only reason it isn’t 5 stars is I don’t really understand how to use different features, though I’ll admit that’s partially on me for not reading the manual and not trying to do anything different. The one weird stand out thing is the start button says something like “press twice for quick start” but I think pressing it once does the quick start thing because I basically put ingredients in and press that button and it does everything else for me.

I bought a pre-used one of these and it works excellently. It cooks the rice perfect, it makes GABA rice, it has hit the cabinet several times with the lid...and no dents yet haha. It keeps the rice warm for hours without drying it out. It also has an excellent capacity (just keep in mind for white rice it's higher than brown or porridge). The only thing is to not put the aluminum parts in the dishwasher or they oxidize badly. Otherwise, it's been a great rice cooker. PS: It didn't have any tray to steam veggies and it also is unfortunately a non-stick container instead of a glass one. So be careful to only use plastic utensils with it.

This rice cooker is very compact and attractive for a kitchen. It makes absolutely perfect rice everytime and the display is very intuitive and easy to utilize for various rice types.

This is the bargain rice cooker to buy if you can not afford a Zujiroshi or Toshiba. Get this one! Nice size, very easy to program. Convinced my husband that rice cookers make superior rice to those inexpensive round cookers. I love this baby. Fluffy rice, keeps it warm, hinges are high quality. I would like a bit more of an early notice of how long the rice will take; it tells you about 8 minutes in advance.

As advertised. I do not care for the buttons (no tactile feedback) and it feels more complicated and less intuitive than it needs to be. Clearer instructions and a crisp "quick-start guide" would be helpful. I debated between a few brands, and chose this. I will keep it, but after using a Zojirushi at my sister's and the next Cuckoo model up from this Cuckoo I bought, I do wish I had tried the others first. For the price, it still feels like a great value. But it seems to straddle the gap between entry-level and premium rice cookers. Overall, a good unit! If I had it to do over I probably would have spent another $100 for the more premium units or kept using my old college days simple rice cooker!

Only used for five months, then it broken down and it’s not the same plug in the UK. Don’t recommend buying this.
