I love these machines, I had to buy 2 because it increased our production so much I wanted to double it. 3 months in with using consistently and no complaints! Highly recommend. (I use for flour mixes and does the job very well)

Let me start with some suggestions. I had received one that was very accurate out of the box, did not require any additional settings but had some issues with the control board.Quickly received a replacement.Since they are meant work with different materials you may have to do some fine tuning which are not hard to do and the seller provided the best and quickest help I have ever experienced on Amazon.I use it for salt and sugar like particles and after making some adjustments it is now very accurate. No more than 0.3g variations at medium speed. None at low speed.The machine is worth it and in case you never used a filling machine and need help let them help you to figure it out.Great seller.

Great to use for packaging glitter! I am starting out my business but have been able to fully confide this is sorting correctly. You just need to make sure to zero out and obviously convert your ounces to grams so that it dispenses correctly. A bit loud so I can’t use it at night since I’m home with my littles but overall happy especially for the price. If perhaps there is a mute button, I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me (instructions not so clear since English isn’t their first language).

We bought 2 of these for our business. One for powder material and 1 for slightly more granular material. They work great for both and increased our output from 2 employees completing 45 units/hr to only needing 1 employee to package 150 units/hr. Had a small issue with one of the footswitches and the seller was easy to work with and resolved the issue very quickly!

Received our first unit and upon testing it does not function properly. Screws on the bottom have been un-done as instructed, however the hopper does not accurately weight out and dispense powder at all. It takes over 2 minutes just to reach the target weight, and spits out a tiny amount of powder (Not even 2 grams on the 30 gram setting). We will be returning this and trying a replacement, in which case I will update my review. Hoping that we just got a "lemon" here because the other reviews made it seem like a solid machine.

I waited to write this review until I got to use the product for awhile! I've had it for six months and I've filled over 4,000 PET plastic bottles and I will attest to the fact that this machine is awesome. I demo'd a machine that cost $8,000 and this machine is as fast and accurate.I will buy another one soon as a backup!
