My honest observations & thoughts on this after 6 month of usage - 1. It has 21 servings & each serving has every ingredient in effective dosage including caffine (200mg) & Citrulline Malate (8gm) which make it very effective for your everyday workout. It has 7 proven, premium & clean ingredients which makes it safe for anyone to use it.2. Constant & sustainable energy. No sudden crash which you might get using cheap pre workouts. PUMP after workout is also pretty dope !!!3. Taste is good if not the best. Won't be an issue for anyone. Available in 2 flavours. I love blueberry a bit more. 4. Awesome and genuine Pump honestly- no unnecessary over irritation- and most important long lasting throughout the session - mostly previous pre workout give me stomach issues but this is very good - highly recommended
