I love these au gratin baking dishes. These dishes are a solid weight and hold 1 portion size, if you eat a little more than that, then you will be disappointed with these. They seem to cook evenly as I've not noticed any overcooked/undercooked portions. I ordered them in black, they are a matte black - thankfully. They do not have lids, I have never, therefore, stored them in the refrigerator or freezer. They do work well in both the oven and the microwave and they clean up easy. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend them to family and friends.

These are cute little baking dishes and the whole family loves them. They look great, they work great, we make all kinds of dishes in them. They are easy to clean, microwave safe, and a good value for the money.

These are awesome. They’re large enough for a single portion, non stick, and did well when we baked pot pies in them directly on the oven grate. Baked on food came right off. Can’t wait to have friends over for dinner to pull these out. Highly recommend.

They say they are for au gratin dishes, but I used them over the holidays to fill up with various dips that require required heating, spin dip, beer cheese dip, etc. Made everything ahead of time filled them up and then just popped them in the oven as I needed to have them ready to serve.. They’re really well-made.
