Great journal for self-growth and reflection
This is a great journal for men who want to work on themselves, stay motivated, and build better habits. The layout is easy to follow, the prompts really make you think, and it helps you stay consistent with gratitude and goal setting. Really well put together and very helpful for daily reflection and self-improvement. Highly recommend!

Nice Quality--Compact and Easy to Use
The best thing is the quality craftsmanship of this planner. It's sturdy, the paper is good quality and the printing is attractive. (I don't know why this is labeled as "for men.") It's helping me keep the habit because you only have 2 small pages to write and that makes the task easier to complete everyday. The mountain logo is simple and evokes the sense of accomplishment.

Best journal
I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that specializes in treating depression, and I endorse this journal as being the best and most complete journal I have found. I recommend it to my patients and I use it myself. The goal setting and gratitudes are very importantly and are strongly backed by research as being effective. The fresh daily prompts are always fun and uplifting. My one small critique is I would like an extra line on each gratitude, because adding sensory details enriches the gratitude exercise, but I just write in the margins.

Good although marketed towards men (I'm a woman)
This is a well-designed, reflective journal with good paper quality and a clean layout. It’s marketed toward men, but I’m a woman and still found it usable. The prompts encourage mindfulness, gratitude, and self-awareness, which can be repetitive. I mainly use this for gratitude and naming 3 goals for the day

This journal is amazing. The left side of each day is a fantastic journal on its own. The right page with the deeper questions just takes it to the next level.

If you're looking for a daily journal to reflect on each day, this is a good choice. The book is high quality, has a template for each day for both the morning and evening, and specific prompts each day as well. I've been enjoying this addition to my routine so far.
