Front brakes on my kona went out, caliper seals were gone. Was cheaper to buy this kit and I will say, what a great deal. They worked great right out of the box and a very simple install.

I'll tell ya, this was the best $60 I've ever spent on any of my bycicles! And I wish I had known about these way earlier in my life! They came ready for install out of the box, pre-bled! Both front and rear calipers fit perfectly with the OEM brackets and 160mm rotors. The cable for the rear caliper is a bit longer than what I needed, but I made it work. The levers feel amazing, and the brake pressure is absurd! These brake so well! Feel light, precise and lock the wheels without much effort if you want it to. Again, I'm really surprised with how good these are! Only time will tell if they will last or if there will be leakage issues down the road, but first impressions after install and a 30min ride were massively positive!

I got this for my pit bike when the brakes on it finally wore out. When I went to put it on I realized that the screw holes for the rotors did not line up properly. This led me to drilling out new holes to put it on, let me tell you, this is incredibly sturdy. It took me hours to drill these holes because of how hard the rotors are, they are not even thick, just incredibly hard. They function and work great though, they slow me down much quicker than my last brakes ever did, my only complaint is a slight squeaking/squealing noise, but I am sure I could figure that out.

great value, great braking, but the brake handles lever both broke ,not sure why- they use plastic component with flat nut inside them. They both snaps ,,have to replace them after 3 weeks of use

Ordered this as upgrade for my dept store MTB after realizing the local trails were way more steep than expected. These well priced models came well packaged in a nice box, but annoyingly reversed in European spec vs their description (right front, not left front lever). Did have to swap (check YouTube for how and have bleed kit ready). However once fitted they worked well. Look very much like the name brand standard brakes for much lower cost and have the standard fittings for the lines and the fill cap (good thing as they were needed to be accessed to swap). Right away the braking power was much improved with me able to easily lock the rear tire on my first ride. Overall exactly what I was looking for. Note the line screws were a little tight to unscrew but will come out, as were the olives. The reservoir cap was less tight. Didn't use the rotors or the brackets.
