I have had weak nails my whole life. After 3 months i could feel it mending my nail beds. A year later my nail are 80% stronger and I have nails finally. I still have a catch on a nail from making beds! But it use to be every week. It’s the best nail polish repair I ihave found in 60 years! Highly recommend.

A few of my nails have literally been peeling like an onion lately, and I was desperate for something to hold them together long enough for them to grow out again while I started oral supplements to help. This product helps, but not as great as I'd have liked.The good: By itself, it leaves my nails with a beautiful glossy finish. I am experimenting with using as a base coat and top coat with colored polish, and that seems to extend the wear a bit more than other top coats I've tried in the past.The bad: When worn by itself, I can't seem to get 2-3 days out of it before it chips at the tips. However, if I'm diligent to keep it fresh every 48 hours or so, my nails are holding together long enough to grow out the flaking part, which I suppose is what I ultimately needed this product to accomplish.The ugly: Shortly after starting this product, I had a week that I was painting a large mural and while I wore gloves and kept my nails short through the project, the polish chipped frequently and a few of my barely-there nails even split and broke.The only other note I'd make is that the polish is difficult to remove with nail polish remover, but that's not a deal breaker for me. In the end, the biotin polish seems to do what it advertises to a point, and it's a great base and top coat, but I think I'll try one of nail-aid's stronger products next time.

I have used a multitude of different types of clear fingernail polish. This is the best I use. It doesn’t crack your nail like some clear polishes you put them on and two hours later the polish is so hard that it cracks and it cracks down into your nail polish. Formulation is great and it’s affordable I hope they keep their prices down.

I applied 3 coats of this polish to my thin weak nails and they were much stronger. Then it started to chip off and my nails were even weaker than before. So you need to remove it and reapply every 3 days for it to be effective.

Works well.

Great as base coat and top coat. Doesn't get thick and yucky, which means you can use it until the bottle is empty. Imagine that! Dries quickly. Doesn't chip or peel. Works better than most base coats and top coats. It's also very reasonably priced. Good product. I've reordered. Because it doesn't get thick and yucky, it lasts a long time.

I’m extremely rough on my hands - typing for work during the day, washing veggies and fruits for fresh juice and dishes on the daily with no gloves, and ranch life in the evenings (think scrubbing down horses, throwing around hay bales, scrubbing water troughs, getting down and dirty when things get crazy). I have never been able to grow my nails past the tips of my fingers and the few times I did, they broke within a day or two.My nails have not broken once since using the Biotin Ultra Strength!! Yes it’s more like a polish than an oil. Yes if you’re really rough the polish will chip off a bit - no big deal for me just clean it off with acetone and re-apply. I’ve been using it for about 2 weeks and the difference is crazy. My nails are growing and strong, and I’m only using 1 coat every few days when it starts to chip. I’ve not been doing the 3 coats per application as other comments have suggested, just the one coat and I wait for it to chip before taking it off and re-applying. Highly recommend if you’re trying to get your nails longer and stronger!! No more manicures for me!
