McFarlane Toys - DC Direct Batman Black & White - Batman by Brian Bolland (Resin)

Got this for my husband as a christmas gift as he, and I, likes the McFarlene black and white figure/statues.

Excelente estatuilla. Un poco más alta que las anteriores, pero queda perfecta.

The top of the box was sheared off and minor dmg to figure. Not great. The figure itself is a great piece but damn getting mauled in shipping is never good.

This is small. The grays looked smudged to me. But, this was ordered as a gift for next Christmas. Maybe he'll like it for his collection. I don't see it being worth what I paid for it.

This Batman statue figure was a gift from the wife. Everyone knows I’m a huge Batman fan. So she got me this Batman, and a Joker for my Birthday. This figure is actually two pieces, the character and the base. His right boot connects to the base, pretty snug fit. These figures are numbered underneath the base, like there’s limited numbers made. I have #3,406 out of 5,004. This figure is made of resin, not as fragile as it looks. Mine has taken a few falls, thanks to my mischievous cats. So far only the very tip of the cape has broken off, so tiny it’s barely noticeable, no one else knows. Overall I think it’s the perfect gift. Can never have too much Batman memorabilia. It’s part of the “Black & White” series, but it’s actually dark grey, light grey, and white. No black, no yellow, this is my favorite part. I think the no-color look is really unique. And him holding the Joker card is a very nice touch. So this piece is on display in the front room for everyone to see, very subtle.

Debo decir que antes de comprar esta estatua leí muchas reseñas que mencionaban un error en las dimensiones de la figura. Igual decidí comprarla y puedo confirmar que sí hay una ligera anomalía en las proporciones de la estatua además de que los rasgos en su rostro son mucho menos detallados de lo que parece en las imágenes. Dejando esto de lado como parte de una colección de estatuas de Batman es muy bonita, se nota que está hecha a mano y está numerada. El material es bonito y la pintura también, me gusta mucho a pesar de sus defectos, sobretodo la capa es maravillosa, muy impresionante el movimiento y la textura.

This does not do justice to Brian Bolland's original art, or even the promotional pictures of this item. In reality, the dimensions of this statue off, kinda like it was stretched, and the paint work is basic and boring. Looks nothing like what is advertised which is most disappointing
