Peacock English Paper Piecing Pattern

Great pattern. Template has color code symbols and easy to follow instructions. The only downside is that the templates are cardstock, so you might get two or three uses max if you glue baste.

very well organized pattern with good instructions and pieces #ed clearly. A work in process for me..will be stunning when finished.

I was really excited to try this out as my first foray into English paper piecing, and still am anxious to try it. The pattern looks great, very straight forward and all the pieces were there. The only problem is that it is mostly just a folder with the pattern pieces inside on sheets and it was mailed in a soft-sided envelope. My mail carrier folded and rolled it up to stuff in my mailbox instead of hand delivering and now all the pieces are warped and bent. I'm not sure if it will work as effectively as it would have with flat pattern pieces. It would be great for future buyers if the pattern could be mailed in either a cardboard mailer or at least have 'Do Not Bend' written on the outside.

Overall it looks like a good pattern to learn EPP with. Only downside I see right off the bat is one of the L1 pieces is missing. Guess it's not a big deal since it looks like that is a common piece and I can just make a copy of another, but it would be nice to have all the pieces starting off.
