After 7 months usage
After 7 months of usage, the motor function has failed (I can only rotate the camera around its vertical axis (left/right) but lost the horizontal axis (up/down) motion. there is no known maintenance manual found on either the EZVIZ website or the internet for that matter, sent an email to support, but have yet to receive a reply. When it worked, it worked flawlessly, night vision is great, and motion detection certainly has room for improvement... overall I would give it 3.5/5 stars, however since it failed on me with no line of sight if I would ever get support to fix, I am downgrading to 1 star .... will update if the situation changed.
