Just received this lunch box. At 23L it is good sized for me. Allows me to carry my chemo cryo/ice gloves and socks in one section and my lunch in the other section. Carrying less bags is always best and safe for me. As it’s brand new, I have to give it a few uses and I’ll be able to provide feedback on the effectiveness of keeping the contents cold. It looks very adequate to last for lunchtime or a little bit later in the day if the cooler is kept in normal room temperature of 65-78 degrees. The photos help you get a size perspective and how much it can hold. These are your 11 oz protein box shake and 12 oz bottle shake. Plenty of room for a lunch and then some. It has two outside pockets where I attached the protein shakes for photos. In the front there is a long pocket that is almost the length of the length of the cooler. It has a detachable key chain hook to stash your keys. It easily accessible and the key chain snaps out for easy to use. Very functional. Has a variety of colors. Great value! I recommend this lunch box!

Good bag that has held up for a few months now of daily use - not huge but bigger than your average one and upper insulated compartment has kept food reasonably warm for lunch time as needed. Bottom portion has plenty of room for an ice pack and food. The compartments on the side have been useful for drinks etc. and I use both types of strap it comes with.

Omg, this is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted something large enough to put whatever shape lunch containers that I will need to use, a water bottle, cell phone at least. This lunch bag has all that and much, much more.. it has kits of pockets and it can keep your food hot/ cold in separate compartments. It is very good quality material and the price was excellent. I would have expected this bag to be much more! I can easily clean it, if something shall happen to leak in it! I can even choose to carry it by hand or with the supplied straps for my shoulder, and it has an area where you can unzip to make the bag taller or zip it to make it shorter! This is an awesome function! All in all, this is the perfect lunch bag, and is easy to use!!!! I feel that both men and women will be thoroughly pleased with this lunch. I would definitely recommend this product!!!

For the most part, this is a nice small cooler. It holds ice packs and coldness in pretty well and its very roomy. Able to fit quite a bit of stuff inside. Has an over the shoulder strap that can be clicked on or off and also has some "handle style" straps. So you have a few different carrying options, depending on the weight you a toting. Several different compartments as well. The only real negative is the zippers snag the material a little more than I'd like. It's not a big deal as long as you are careful, but if you got kids going in and out of the cooler to get something to drink, or if you're sidetracked while going in the zippers will definitely snag -- and once that happens you always risk damage or an actual zipper breaking. That's really the only negative though. Short of maybe leaving a little more play between the zippers and the actual material, this is a pretty darn nice cooler.

Heads Up, I haven't used it a lot because the day after I bought it, my entire shift got laid and I've been looking for a new job for weeks. Sorry to trauma dump, but I want to let you know that this review is a little...biased? It's not as good as I'd like? Idk. But I've used it at home instead. Plenty of room. They were not kidding. Easy to clean. No problems there. Moisture hasn't been a problem on the outside, but it's not like I've used it in the rain. It's survived the fridge and washing the inside. Storage options are insane. It's like khaki pants turned into a lunchbox. There are so many pockets in this thing is hilarious. I can't imagine using every little pocket on this thing. But that's great. Better to have too many and so many different sizes. Lots of zippers, so if the sound bothers you I suppose that's something to look out for. It's strong enough to stand up by itself, which is something important to me. I hate when I buy something that feels like a limp handshake without being propped up by what's inside. Makes it feel cheap. But THIS feels sturdy. Keeps temperature like it says. No problems there. I like it. The shoulder strap is nice. Haven't had any problems with smells staying, but I also storage containers that don't leak smells and I don't leave food in there long enough to start STINKING. It might stay in there 3 days at most. I'm being generous.

This is a perfect size cooler for my needs. I just traveled for the first time with my 5 month old baby and used this cooler to transport breast milk, bottles, and pump parts. I had a total of 6 hours in travel and everything stayed nice and cold and this was super easy to get around the airport with. This is actually the second one I ordered, the first one was missing the long strap but the second one included it.

I love this lunch bag. It holds a lot of stuff. I put my glass water bottle plus a bottle of tea, my sandwich, and snacks, some 8" paper plates and sometimes still have some room. The front pocket holds my wallet and the top pocket holds my Kindle and small calendar without even being unzipped to expand it. I don't know how long it will keep the sandwich cold because I put it in the refrigerator at work, but it keeps my bottle of water cold for several hours. The sides do not collapse when empty. Straps are strong. Zippers are nice and strong. I would definitely buy again.

I ordered a 23L bag, I received a 18L bag. Also there is NO way that is a 18L bag, would NOT hold everything like they said, even without ice packs. Truly beautiful color, and looks well made, but I'm not into getting ripped off on size and price, so be careful.
