ComfiTECH Head Ice Pack Wrap with Top Coverage Cold Cap Cooling Gel Hat, Medium, Black

This is the second one of this brand that I have bought. The first is blue without a top cover and smaller. It is very well made but it didn't suit how I wanted to use it. I now use flat as a cooling pad.This one is also well made (smooth - no lumps - stitched well - no scratch bits) - with the larger size it is easier to slip on without feeling pressure - I wanted it to just cool down my head - not apply pressure.

Love love love this. If you suffer from migraines, this is amazing.

Great product. I had to have my hair taken out of a ponytail in order to wear it. My preference is keeping it in the fridge otherwise I have to let it warm up before putting on my head after being in the freezer.

I have occipital and frontal migraine. The hat helps more with occipital pain, not enough pressure to relieve frontal pain (possibly because the hair hole compromised the pressure on top). The coldness and the compression feel good, but they don't last long enough for me. It needs to be in freezer for a couple hours to be effective for 30 minutes treatment, yet the pain returns in less than 10 minutes after I take it off.Unless I buy 3 of these rotating, it just won't work long enough. Also, you have to get the neck piece separately. Also, I wish the hat can extend in the back long enough to cover the neck and shoulder. So if you have severe migraine headaches like me, you'd need to buy 3x hat + 3x neck to get sufficient relief. And the stacking cost is just too much and unreasonable.If manufacturer is reading this, please consider (1) make a version that includes both hat and neck/shoulder wrap connectable together for those who need both, (2) include an additional set of gel insert to exchange for those who need prolonged use without interruption.

What an amazing ice pack. I suffer from migraines due to excessive head pressure so this really helps and it stays cold for a while. It gets cold really fast so if you need it again it's ready. I am going to order the neck wrap as well. Having Lupus and the head pressure this is a life saver.

I've had migraines my whole life. Ice is one of my main go-to's for relief, along with darkness, essential oils, and pressure point work at the base of my skull. If I get on these things fast enough I can usually head off the worst of it (pun totally intended). I have a couple other ice hats that are fine, but there's a lot of velcro and wrapping and sliding off and its awkward to lie down with. This one is thin, keeps my hair out of the way, and its SO COMFORTABLE in any position. It can pull over my eyes and sinuses or pull up so I can attempt to function. My only issue is I wish the gel stayed cold longer but it still stays cool and provides relief for a while. I may order a second to rotate them in the freezer. I bought one for my sister who gets migraines too and she loves it. Highly recommend!

This is my go to for my migraines. It gets extremely cold, holds the cold for a decent amount of time, and soft to the touch. One of my favorite purchases as of yet.

How did we live without this?! This baby lives in our freezer, taking up valuable space but it’s soooo worth it when it’s needed. The fit works fine for me or my daughter, holds its temperature for a good while to help with pain relief.
