Talk about a nice grill, this is it! My husband and I love this grill. It works great, heats up very quickly and it has plenty of room for grilling. The only downside is that it does not have a back! We thought that we were missing the back panel, but found out from another buyer that it is indeed “backless.” First time ever that we own I grill without a back panel! But where we have it situated in our back patio it is not visible to anyone.

The grill works fine but it doesn’t look pretty on our patio. The cover caused marks that cannot be removed.

The grill does not come fully assembled as it says. It comes in a 410-pound crate and takes about 6 hours to uncrate, assemble and clean. The picture shows Granite across the entire front. The front of the grill is stainless steel, and the sides are a man-made material, not granite. The assembly instructions are POOR. The only reason I give it a 3 instead of a 1 is that once you get it assembled it is a good value.

It looks like it has drawers, an d cabinet space, but there is nothing…the whole thing is just a cheap shell for a mediocre bbq…..absolutely no good storage. At 3g….i would look somewhere else

We did A LOT of shopping around before selecting this grill island, and I’m so glad we did! We cannot imagine finding better quality and value for the money! This grill is simply gorgeous … very aesthetically pleasing while still offering top-notch features and functionality. It arrived earlier than promised - carefully packed, crated and 95% assembled - and once unpacked, is easy to move and quick to assemble. Every feature has been carefully thought through … from the black stainless exterior, to the very-cool LED lights on the knobs that change color to indicate a burner is on, to the ample in-grill lights that allow you to see well after dark, the stainless steel grates and infrared sear, to the leveling adjusters and casters, to the ample granite-topped work space, to the hooks to hang your cooking utensils, to the ability to easily expand your unit with other option sections such as sink, beverage refrigerator, side burner, etc. It’s a thing of beauty that quickly becomes a dazzling key feature in your outdoor grill area! And the performance!!! NEVER have we had any grill that cooked so evenly and perfectly! Customer service from both BBQ Guys and Mont Alpi have been amazing when we had questions. Truly impressed … we looked at many other islands that cost 2-3x as much for a similar-sized island and grill surface but didn’t have half the features, quality or positive reviews. Bought this unit for my beach home. As a long time griller, I can honestly say that the quality is fantastic, superior to my main grill (won't mention the brand). Grill gets nice and hot and I added the griddle plate accessory which works great. The granite surfaces are easy to clean and I assembled it in under 30 minutes, it's basically assembled. I thought I was missing a wheel (Which I wasn't), called the Mont Alpi head office in California and the customer service was spot on. Highly recommend this product and brand.

Received quick and on a wood pallet that the transporter wheeled into my garage. Mostly all assembled, except for handles and BBQ cover, and very easy to put together. The BBQ granite side counter tops are of great quality, useful and beautiful. You connect the three pieces together and lock the wheels so it does not move. I wish there were real drawers and shelves inside, but I could not find anything comparable for this price. Need to remove the plastic type 3m that is protecting the stainless steel. I had the same surprise after removing the cover the next day. All it needs is to be cleaned using olive oil - yes olive oil! No credit, I just googled it and showed with Napoleon BBQ clean up. So, dip a small part of a dry very very soft cloth. (I used the Costco white type cloth Grab-a-rag) in a bit of olive oil, then gently go from left to right (grain direction of the black stainless steel), then use a 2nd dry cloth to remove excess, and then again with 3rd cloth. Again, be mindful of the gran direction - do not go in circles or up &down. That is all. Took me less than 15 minutes. Just amazing look and cooking!
