Awesome.
Caramel taste a bit bitter on the tongue but to be expected, very thick and creamy, authentically brown caramel shade. Can hold upside down and it wont run. I'll be mixing a little in with some blossom honey amongst other ingredients when i start making remedies soon.

Strong, thick and great value manuka
500g 550mgo for £30 represents great value and next in line to Manuka Gold 600 mgo value wise. I think this comes out just above umf15 so comparing Nelson & MG to other brands they really stick out for what you get for your money. Some other umf15 brands are 250g and twice as much!Nelson has a much thicker consistency but similar colour and smell to MG, however the taste is slightly stronger. This will probably be my go-to manuka.1 teaspoon a day for health benefits, and as the occasional coffee sweetner
