Coconut , almond & choc chip keto bars
These are my favorite granola bars. They have only 1 net gram of sugar, 4 grams of protein and 2 grams of carbs. Perfect for everyday. I always take one with me when I'm on the go. I love the coconut and almond combo. They taste really good. Only downfall is there are only 4 to a box and they are pretty pricy!

How many Munk's does one person need? As many Munk's as you can pack into a pack of Munk's..
I got this box for my parents who never would splurge on anything of this nature or anything for themselves for that matter. But after hearing about these on a podcast, I knew they would truly enjoy them. & I was right. They both were impressed with quality & quantity of ingredients. A lot of similar bars are very frugal when adding the pricier ingredients but that isnt the case w/ these at all. They are satisfying & not stingy in the nut department. And in the words of my parents "they have a lot to chew" so they aren't finished with them in a heartbeat. The flavors offered are different than the norm without being outlandish. You know the kind of bars that combine green tea & apple cobbler & rocks & some other weird thing that only sounds appetizing to like 10 people in the world? Yea. These are nothing like that. Hands down worth the price point. I'll be giving these as gifts to them at xmas.. i know that sounds nutty (pun intended) but better to give them something they will enjoy & use (consume). How many pairs of slippers does one person need? 1...just one pair... How many Munk Packs does one person need? As many Munk's as you can pack into a pack of Munk's....that's how many. I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way. Thank you for reading. Ps...my parents aren't on keto... I just got them a healthy snack. so you dont have to be all keto to want to eat-o these. 🤣

Yummy, I will be a repeat customer, thank you!
This is a great snack, good quality, tastes great, hits the spot when you need a quick and easy snack. My complaint is that it is 15 dollars for 6 granola bars. They serve their purpose when needing a low carb or protein snack. But I find myself go full circle about the cost...How much of that is really the ingredients or packaging costs and what is retail mark up? Because the box I received I felt like I bought a pack of batteries or a small pocket calculator, super basic packaging and the ingredients are bulk ingredients so really confusing...then I snowball and ask myself would it matter knowing if it costs a lot and they make small profit -not a sustainable business, or the high mark up is that going to really grow market share in the granola bar segment? It doesn't solve obesity or diabetes issues for the mass market that need low cost yummy healthy choices...then I wonder why I spend money on this type of stuff? Is it consumer impulse, societal norms that make me think I need 6 bars for 15 dollars to help with my exercise and eating goals? And now that I've walked through all of that I will be buying more, and would recommend these to anyone considering them anyways...sad This product is good for anyone who can afford these. Sadly not really a family snack choice but if you are single or excess income to improve your caliber of groceries this will be a staple in your snack drawer. Not an industry game changer as far as helping solve larger issues but an easy choice for an individual to choose for themselves. Enjoy!

Please read before you buy .
I gotta be honest ...I wasn’t too thrilled about these things when I pulled them out of the bottomless pit that was an amazon box containing feeble attempts to survive this quarantine ..they were wrapped in bubble wrap underneath a bunch of junk I ordered ..I honestly threw them in a drawer so I could focus on sorting the other items I ordered . This morning I woke up starving . (I’d been fasting for a little longer than originally intended.) I woke up to an email from this company asking me for feedback so I thought “what an opportune moment to visit the old sock drawer.” I don’t know about the rest of you but I like my granola bars to feel a little more on the firm side in their packaging . This bar was totally soft and flimsy . A huge red flag for me . “Whatever” I mumbled in my defeated and raspy quarantine voice. Peeled the wrapper back...took my first bite ...and good god...the ceiling of my bedroom opened up...clouds parted..a light so bright it’d make Kanye West blush beamed onto my bed...(I do most of my snacking in bed these days.) and all of my worries and stresses vanished ..I don’t know what they put in these bars as I don’t like reading labels which I know is a terrible trait..but this bar was so delicious ..I usually inhale food but I had to savor this thing ..took my time ..even looked down at it ...it was chewy but somehow crunch at the same time...a single tear rolled down my cheek because I really want to lose some weight and want to commit to a healthier set of eating habits and these bars have completely solidified themselves onto my roster of “in desperate need” of a snack moochentoochens. Thanks , munk. Should change your company name to HUNK. Cause I bet all of you are a bunch of hunks .

Incredible Taste, with Minimal Insulin Impact
First off, the one bar i tried was exceptionally good, which was the Almond Butter Cocoa Chip (green package). I felt the consistency and moistness was fantastic. I short, I would highly recommend these for times when you need something on the go. I will be adding these to y overnight backpacking trips. At first I was skeptical about the nutrition label, as it has :Total Carbs” at 12g, with net carbs at 2g. I decided to perform a less than scientific glucose intolerance test to see how these tasty treats effected my blood glucose and ketones. I should mention that I am not a diabetic. Using two different glucose devices, a FreeStyle Lite, and the Keto-Mojo, I did a pre-prandial, which measured 72mg/dl on the FreeStyle Lite, and 95 mg/dl on the Keto-Mojo. My ketones read 1.1mm using the Keto-Mojo as well. The pre-prandial was done approximately 4hrs after a low carb meal, not fasting. After 30 minutes, the readings were as followed, 77mg/dl FreeStyle Lite, and 104 mg/dl, 1.3mm ketones on Keto-Mojo. At 60 minutes, the following reading were obtained, 92 mg/dl on FreeStyle Lite, and 104 Mg/dl, ketone 1.5, on Keto-Mojo. At 90 minutes, the FreeStyle Lite read 93 mg/dl, while the keto-Mojo was 108 mg/dl, no ketones taken. At the end, 120 minutes, the following was taken, 83 mg/dl on FreeStyle Lite, and 100 mg/dl on the Keto-Mojo, with Ketones at 1.0mm. Given the slight, but less significant increase in glucose, and an overall increase in ketones, I would highly recommend this product. Remember, these bad boys taste great too.

OK - they are expensive, but at least they taste good!
I have been trying to remove as many carbs from my diet as possible, not KETO but lower my overall daily carb intake. It is HARD! Most snacks or things that are easy to grab and go are carb loaded - not just grains but sugars too. I tried a keto cereal - it was expensive and tasted like cocoa cardboard. I've tried other bars that tasted like energy bars - gritty and hard to chew at the same time with little flavor. These are neither of the two - first off, I love coconut. The first bar I tried was the Coconut one and it was fantastic! It's a little small and 140 calories, but net 2 carbs! Great for a substitute for a missed lunch. The flavor and texture was really good - I was VERY surprised. I had ZERO expectation of flavor - but I am actually justifying buying a 12 pack of the coconut bars now! The Almond Butter Chocolate Chip tasted like any other granola bar, I just now remembered it was almond butter after reading the description. Pecan - blah, but I don't like pecans. PB tastes like PB granola bar. They did a great job with the texture of these - if you can afford them and are looking for low carb, they're a great option to move into your rotation.
