Let's get right down to it - The porcelain coated, carbon steel burner guards (flavorizer bars ??? Really???) on your Weber grill rusted away to nothing. You need replacement "flavorizer bars" [AKA: folded pieces of steel metal]. So your choices are to order genuine Weber replacements, and get the same crappy carbon steel ones that failed the first time OR get something that costs about the same and may last a bit longer. Gee, that's a tough decision...... There's NOTHING fancy about these burner guards, they are stainless steel sheet metal cut to the appropriate length and folded into the appropriate shape. They fit, they work, they don't cost much. It takes longer to open the package than it does to install these in the grill. The fact that Weber chose to use thin carbon steel for this part in the first place, smacks of planned obsolescence. It's almost as if Weber intended for this cheap part to fail and wanted you to buy replacements from them. Either Weber was really trying to hit a price point or they really make their money selling replacement parts. Either way, you win by buying these stainless replacements. ADDITION: 5/22/22, After two years of HEAVY use (an average of more than 3 times/week) and no weather protection beyond simply closing the lid - these guards are still serviceable. They are showing some wear, but they have been used a LOT. I suspect they will fail in the next year, but I would buy these again without hesitation. ADDITION 7/23 After three years of heavy use, two of these three guards needed to be replaced. So that may be an indicator of the life span under heavy use. I purchased another set along with new grates and continued grilling.

Perfect substitute for original equipment.

Our old Weber BBQ "flavorizer bars" rusted out. Decided to try these and they seem great so far. They fit our Weber Spirit 310 BBQ. Didn't notice any performance difference between these and the original porcelain coated version. Priced well enough to replace again in the future if they go bad for some reason - being stainless, I don't anticipate that happening. Replacement took 30 seconds.

Was planning building my own , but when I saw how reasonable these were I bought them instead. They fit correctly and they really are non ferrous stainless. I’m satisfied and feel confident these will outlast the original Weber bars

These are perfect for the job, just be aware that for Weber BBQ owners, Weber have a 10-year warranty on replacement parts. I used these once then my replacements arrived so will be using the replacements until they degrade, then I will get these back out. good product, perfect fit, reasonable price.
