I received the wrong size plug, return was easy and hassle free… Shipping was fine and quality seemed fine.. wish it would have fit..

I purchased this to replace the CMOS batter in my HP Pavilion and it fit perfectly. The boot was the correct size. Easy installation to get a few more years out of my old laptop.

Double check the wiring. The one I received the connector was wired backwards. So I traced the wires to both the original and this replacement battery and yep, this one was wired backwards. Not good. Waiting on a replacement. UPDATE: received the replacement and it's wired backwards as well. These are dangerous. You don't want batteries connected backwards on your motherboard. Bad things are likely to happen. Back it goes.

I also received a miswired battery. The polarity is reversed. I cut off the end of the old connector and soldered in onto this battery. Very poor quality control. Make sure you check the polarity before you install your battery.
