similar quality to the one I got before from health provider
the block is fine. It has the separate parts that help it be “taller or shorter”. The only thing that I would have loved it that it would indicate on the block itself which side goes to the neck and shoulders. The other one my daughter uses indicated on the block itself which side goes faces the shoulders and it is a quick easy guide to know you have it on the correct side.

Too hard for your neck
It’s too hard for your neck , I don’t recommend it at all. It doesn’t have the shape of your neck therefore it hurts make it way worse. I also have the blue neck stretcher that they have in the picture above where they compare it to this one and it’s way better.
