This is the only natural Ube flavoring! All the others have artificial dyes. This stuff tastes amazing, exactly the right flavor.

Tastes almost burnt? Like a burnt marshmallow. Unsure if I used too much every time, but after a few uses, I always get the same slightly off flavor.

Doesn’t quite taste like ube. The flavor is also not very strong in general, while also not tasting like ube, and the taste of alcohol is quite strong. I didn’t realize there was alcohol in the ingredients list, but I should have checked. Maybe in baked goods the alcohol would evaporate. Regardless, I won’t be repurchasing.
