Love the grape flavor - recently finished a canister and decided to try a different flavor (dragonfruit) - the dragonfruit had a pungent smell and an interesting flavor. I am suffering through that canister and will be going straight back to the grape. It makes a huge difference in the amount of muscle soreness following heavy lifting workouts. I drink it just prior to my workout. I keep it in my kitchen cupboard for ease of access, place a scoop in a small shaker bottle with some water, and it mixes up fairly well. There is a little grittiness left over, but not enough to cause issue for me. I will continue buying it!

I use this before and after long runs. I believe this helps my recovery. Tastes fine.

At first, I wasn't sure about the flavor or the aftertaste. But by the third time trying it, I was hooked. I drink it religiously with every workout - and I had a very, very hard time drinking even 12 oz. of water before using this. I haven't had an trouble mixing it, as some previous reviews have noted. I mix it with 16 oz. of water and then add a bunch of ice cubes. Good to go! As a side note, I choose this particular brand because I have Celiac Disease and many other companies cannot/do not market as gluten free or used shared equipment with wheat products. This one IS gluten free. Two thumbs up. UPDATE: I am now on my second canister of BCAA (first time I ordered watermelon and this time I purchased grape). Still love, love, love it. I like the grape even more than the watermelon, but please note that it is very sweet. Still no problems mixing it. Highly recommend. UPDATE #2: Now on my third canister. Tried lemon/lime this time. It's good, but I definitely like grape the best. I seriously do not understand the negative reviews of this product. It tastes delicious and I have NEVER had trouble mixing. Still two thumbs up :) UPDATE #3 For my fourth canister I ordered passion fruit. Pretty good, but grape is still my favorite. If you're looking for something mild in flavor, order the lemon/lime.

Great taste and I do realized the benefits of this product. I use this post workout and don't have the muscle soreness I used to in the past. I can tell when I don't take it, muscle soreness comes back. Really enjoy the quality of ingredients and the company has done extensive research in this area.

We like the lemon-lime better than the watermelon, but both are good flavors. I like the value per serving of 5 grams of BCAAs. I would like it to mix a little better. I pour a little hot water over it first to dissolve it, and then add cold water. It takes quite a bit of stirring to dissolve it in just cold water. It does help with fasted training, pre-workout, during workout and post-workout. We have noticed an improvement in workout intensity as well as lean mass gains. We purchased this after getting sent a sample of a different brand and flavor from a supplement company we order from. We really liked that brand's fruit punch flavor, and it also mixed much easier. The price per serving of 2.5 grams BCAAs was too high, however, so we ordered this product instead. For the price, this is the best option I have found.

I ordered this for a supplement when I go to the gym. The flavor is absolutely fantastic and it dissolves wonderfully.

This product came highly recommended by my mother-in-law. The first time I tried it I mixed it in 12oz of water and it tasted so sweet like an artificial sweetener after taste. Every time after I mixed it with 20+ ounces of water and tasted so much better. I ordered this in the watermelon flavor. The instructions say to shake for 30 seconds and did not notice any clumping. This has been a God send for my post workout recovery. I also noticed less bloating and just feeling more energetic and great and less sore after my workouts.
