refrigerated?
The product is good. Pills open and dissolve easily in juice for my kids, however, I thought it was to be refrigerated even before opening, and was surprised to find it in my hot mailbox in an uninsulated package.IT also took a long time to receive....3 weeks.

The One That Works!
I have used this product for about 10 years. It works better than any other I have tried... and I have tried MANY. This is the first time I have ordered it from this website as I always bought it in the nutrition store where it was kept under refrigeration. If the quality is good, it is about half the price I pay at the nutrition store. I do keep mine in the fridge too.If you have never tried a good probiotic, you will recognize the improvement right away regarding your BMs. That's all I will say as TMI on this subject is not something everyone wants to see.I will update and report if I can tell any difference in quality because of the fact that the warehouse doesn't refrigerate this product. The important aspect of this is; "how long has it been sitting in the warehouse without refrigeration??"
