Wow in a word! Not only has it made my whole bathroom a lot brighter, it's blindingly bright! Don't get me wrong, this isn't a bad idea. The only drawback is when the missus wants to go to the loo during the night, she has to squint! The fixture is very light meaning that your arms won't get much fatigue when installing it. It is very easy to fit, the only drawback is that if you don't get the connections right first time, it won't stay up. A few seconds later of just moving it slightly, it connects with no problems. If you're not sure what I mean, imagine putting a lid on a jar; a quarter turn and it's on. Unfortunately, there is not way to fix how bright it is but I'm not going to complain about it.

Light Like If It Came From The Heavens!
We wanted a low profile light as we've got an annexe kitchen with very low ceilings and I - as a 6ft 3in man - was getting beyond annoyed at whacking my head on the old light feature at all times of the day! Extremely easy to install - both in terms of wiring and the supplied ceiling bracket - and oh boy does thing get bright! I was beginning to think I might be able to see into our kitchen drawers directly through the worktop with this on! If you want to brighten up your room but you don't want to fit the mothership from Close Encounters on your ceilings - definitely worth a look at this given the price, ease of fitting and it's practical innocuous-ness on your ceiling.
