The flavor of this was excellent! For people who don't really like drinking water by itself (like my mom haha), then this is a great additive. I'm not sure that I felt extra energized but I did enjoy consuming it.

This product is awesome! It tastes great, is super convenient, and provides amazing, long lasting energy throughout the day. I wouldn’t use this as a preworkout because it takes a little while to kick in and it’s not like a big burst of energy at once, but for a long day, it’s an amazing long term energy booster!

I am a bit of an energy drink addict and I generally do not love their replacements however something about this being a liquid formula really made it blend nicely with water and it really did help pickup my energy! I will forsure be getting these again!
