With 100 Billion CFUs and 31 different strains, it’s much more potent than other brands I’ve tried. ​What I love most is the addition of D-mannose and Cranberry—it saves me from having to take multiple different pills for urinary tract health. Since starting these, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my digestive regularity and I feel much more balanced overall. The veggie capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused any stomach upset. If you’re looking for a 'do-it-all' probiotic for women, I highly recommend this one!

I am giving this 5 stars! I never write reviews on anything but this one here is worth the mention. I have never taken probiotics before and was looking to check it out mostly for women health reasons like ph balance, urinary track and gut health. My friend had done research on these type of products and recommended this one to me. From all the products she trialed this one was her favorite. I read that it helps with food intolerance and I was sold! I am lactose intolerant so I get the tummy issues with dairy as well as some really bad cystic acne due to the dairy. I had cut it out of my life mostly to save my face since the break outs wouldn't go away for months! I'm a foodie so this made me super sad. Ever since I started taking these I rarely break out from having dairy. Usually I'd see a break out same or next day and wouldn't go away for months. If I happen to get a pimple now it isn't cystic and it goes away within days! I'm on my 3rd bottle of these! I am sooo happy that I found them and had to share the story in case others have similar issues as me 😊🙌🏼 doesn't hurt to try and it is very affordable as well! Love this product!!!
