Literally,...considering this show aired from 2004-2007 makes me wonder if the new design was based off the the Dark Clown Empire’s logo.Loved this show when it first aired. Whenever it was on, me and four other friends would grab a case of beer, add a couple of spliffs and laugh out a’s off. It’s still relevant today.I was lucky to grab a couple of ‘like new’ copies of season 1 and 2 on the cheap and am so happy to have this great series again.It’s so funny, with all the movie/ tv references, not to mention Six.Jigglelious. It’s a show that may not be for everyone but to me it brings back memories of a simpler time before all the p/c over saturation.If u want to just sit back and enjoy adult humor, I say go for it. It’s crazy over the top crazyness . Look at all the back ground zaniness, such as the scene at the spaceport in the episode ‘God is our Pilot’. The walking tube that eats and poops out the slow little fat blob. HilariousAnyway, have fun with it, try not to overthink it and it will fall into place. Peace out

Before reading remember I bought this used from non Amazon saler. The case had something on it. Lucky I wear gloves I recommend always cleaning case with a sterile wipe.

The writing and animation is not as well done as season 1.Even though the animation isn't as good overall, Six is not where the animation budget cuts were made.Six is acting more like a den mother than the sex-bot that she is.I'll still watch the rest, but probably won't buy another season, if there ever is one.

This whole series is the best!!! Lots of laugh out loud moments. It does have a lot of dated humor that could be over looked in today's world, but if you came up in the 80s or 90s you will have fun with this series. Warning it is a bit sexist but has some really great moments. It is a more dick and fart joke type show, so if you are offended easily then please by all means move on...

There is a reason this only has two seasons. But hey I like it!

My review for the series can be found under the "complete 1st season", so I'm just going to talk about the packaging. I really like the 'box' format that matches so well the complete 1st season. The added 'tripping test' is a scream and the artwork is new. It sets well as a series collection addition to season one. BUT why oh why??!?!?!?! Did they CHEAP it by doing a 2-side DVD??? The art on disc one is so wonderful! I want 2 discs more of art! Doing a flip-disc is so cheap!

Of course, The Rift is not at all profound. Or anything near sophisticated. Some may see this series as trash; well; it is trashy, but it's funny trashy. And unique and surprising. Even the CGI effects are surprisingly well-done. Just enjoy. Like. very well-designed, well-executed trash.(Oh, this review relates to The Rift's Second Season. There's a movie, too, and a few more seasons.I doubt there's every been a show like this on cable/satellite. Certainly not on broadcast TV. Are youan adolescent or a grown-up terminal adolescent? This funny, surprising well-done Sci-Fi spoof is for you.) If you've got a trashy sense of humor you'll give it five stars too.

If you love animation/Sci fi and comedy rolled into one then hopefully you'll love this.....I certainly do.Found this show on the net a few years ago and loved the sci fi/adult humour.........that when I saw it available to buy on dvd I did.All 3 seasons are great(Season 2 being the best in my view)"The movie " is a bit of a rip off as it's season 3 cut and put together to form a "so called movie".....if you're buying then drop the movie from you're list and save a bit of cash,otherwise it's a great show.....shame it only lasted 3 series.

Pros:HilariousGood for those who saw the pilot and don't mind some change.Cons:More expensive that you might want it to be.Can be a little racy for some.

Love the series. Wishing that there was more seasons after season 3.

Pick up the DVDs, watch the show,... just get it and see it,.. This is one of those shows that once you watch it, you'll get hooked.I have seasons 1, 2 and the movie,.. freakin' funny stuff, all my buddies that watch it like it,.... I still think Gina Gershon playing the voice of Six does the best job,...Watch it now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
