The tap was easy to install on our kitchen sink as a replacement for a previous leaver press type that broke after 5 years. This one works very smoothly and looks smart, no issues after a couple of months.

Easily fitted, works a treat and is a replacement for a smaller and poorer quality version originally fitted and was leaking for about 2 months. Good value and quality too. Excellent!

I bought this to replace the cheap filter tap that was supplied with a water filter kit. It seems a nice quality product and is tall enough to sit my jug kettle underneath without having to hold it.Fitting was really awkward, not a fault of the product but due to the location of the tap I was replacing.So, I was very disappointed to find that there was a slow drip from the tap! I contacted the manufacturer's customer service for advice, hoping that they may be able to send me a new ceramic cartridge so save having to uninstall the tap.They replied from Spain in excellent English saying that they couldn't help blaming Brexit!!! They said my only option was to uninstall the tap, send it back to Amazon for a refund and buy again.Given how difficult that would be, given its location, I decided to give it a couple of weeks to see if it got better or worse with use.It has certainly improved but still not perfect. I'm very busy so unless it gets worse I will probably live with it. If it does have to go back I will try a different make as this problem could have been fixed in seconds with no disruption by changing the ceramic cartridge.

The tap itself is attractive and easy to fit, our only problem which is due to us is that the tap can move about on the work top, I think some thicker rubber washers fixed between the tap and worktop may help with this, we’ve had this tap a while now and it still works well and doesn't show any signs of wear & tear, I think in all a good purchase

The tap itself looks and feels real nice, but then you try to install it. I honestly don’t know what on earth possessed the manufacturer to make the threaded section of the tap so short that it will only fit through a 40mm worktop without the tap base fitted, and then you only get about three threads exposed to get a nut on. But not the supplied nut - no way that’ll go on as it’s recessed. I ended up having use the nut off the tap I was replacing, and instead of using the tap base, I had to cut a rubber sealing washer out of one from the old tap. So my new tap has had to be bodged in (it was needed immediately - no time to send back) for the sake of an extra 20mm of thread. Nowhere in the listing is there any mention of maximum worktop thickness. Absolutely ridiculous.

A well made good quality product BUT due to the short length of the threaded tail it could not be fitted to a 25mm thick worktop. Most worktops in the U.K. are 28mm or 38mm.As mentioned by other reviewers the MAXIMUM thickness of worktop it could be fitted to would be between 18 & 20mm.The product listing & description/diagrams show many dimensions, but not the Max. / Min. fitting thicknesses.It is a good quality item, but not suitable for much of the U.K. market.
