This Pana round ball bit is one of my favorite bits for cuticle clean-up, especially when doing a Russian manicure. I use it after I’ve pushed back and lightly lifted the cuticle with a flame or cylinder bit—it’s perfect for gently polishing and removing the dead skin without cutting or irritating the area .usually run it at a low speed (around 5-7k RPM) and just lightly go around the cuticle area

I use this attachment in my efile for cleaning up loose skin around my cuticle and surrounding area.
