Absolute disaster of a hose
I don't know about the rest of the kit but the HOSE IS AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER It is so hard that no way can you straighten it out. Oh you can try but it returns to the curled up shape it came in . It's like WHAT the $^%#%$^ is with this cheap piece of hose. Bend as hard as you like but no way will it stay straight. I have not tried the rest of the kit as I need to procure a piece of hose . If you buy this kit plan on BUYING a piece of hose from some where else. Secondly you better buys some thinner than regular bar oil as normal bar oil has a real hard time getting to the bar. I really have no clue as to why as the ball valve is wide open and the hose is clear. And I even drilled out the weep hole to the chain groove.

Modification Required
all pieces required modification to work with my granberg mill. The oil drip line continues to be a nuisance.

It's sort of okay.
The biggest problem is that the tiny handle vibrated off the shutoff valve in the first ten minutes of use. This thing should have a needle valve to control the oil flow, as well as a shutoff. I plan to try to use some drip irrigation fittings to make this more usable.

This oiler is a great add-on for the chainsaw mill kit because it adds oil near the tip of the bar, which is especially important when using long bars. I use cheap vegetable oil so as not to contaminate the cut boards with petroleum-based, sticky chain lubes. The ballcock valve has to be carefully adjusted for the correct flow rate. With my chainsaw stopped, I open the valve slowly until I see oil very slowly oozing out of the bar. There's no need for a high flow rate since the chainsaw itself also has an oiler, which I also fill with the cheapest vegetable oil I can find. Real chainsaw bar oil is very tacky so that the chain does not throw off the oil, but with two oiling points this is not a worry. Others have mentioned that the oil tank empties quickly, but they are possibly leaving the valve wide open, which is not necessary. Easy to install, just drill the hole in the bar (clear out any cuttings in the gap between the bar sides) and clamp on the oil fitting for the hose. It's easy to remove if using the chainsaw for regular tree or log cutting.

Seems like a decent aux oiler, though the tack welds for the tank bracket broke after a few uses, i just welded them up better and should be good now. The clear hose gets real hard in cool weather. Some nice silicone hose would be better. The cap leaks when resting on its side no matter how tight you have it, i'll just make a gasket for it. Not too bad though at this price point.

Current price point at the time/date of this review is currently listed as unavailable, however just a day or two this unit was going for: $139.99 with no discount/coupon being offered by the seller at the time. As such my review will be based on the most recent price point (no longer available) at the time of my order. Well I have a chainsaw mill, so why not get an oiler kit while I’m at it am I right? Seems bloody expensive if you ask me, and to be bloody sure: IT IS. The container is the largest thing in the set, the rest of the metal (aluminum?) pieces look smaller and more flimsy looking in real life. That’s not to suggest it won’t work, just a little disappointed in the materials provided relative to the (previously listed) price point. This unit should go for well under $100, maybe float anywhere from $70 or preferably less. Why do you need this? To oil your chainsaw silly, and yes, with extended use this will definitely help with the longevity of your chainsaw as well as keeping the milling process alive. Please DO NOT even think about using this oiler as an ointment for your body while the chainsaw is in use. That would be very harmful and gross.
