Product did not come with manual, hardware or remote

1) Ceiling mount slots did not fit previous ceiling light/fan fixture electrical box screws. 2) Maximum distance allowed by the ceiling mount slots is less than the diameter of the previous traditional fixture's opening in the ceiling!Forced to improvise, return product, or consult manufacturer and wait for a larger ceiling mount. None of these is desirable or consistent with alleged facility of installation. I am modifying my original rating to three stars. While we had a significantchallenge installing this cieling fan, it has held up well and the multiple light and fan options have worked great. Also, it has a small ceiling "footprint" which was what we needed with the tall bunk beds.

One of the biggest selling points we looked for was Alexa integration, and sadly, apparently we selected one that wasn't so. Because of the way the models are listed, even the reviews mention integration. My husband, who is a handy guy, was able to "modify" the mounting bracket to work, but apparently as made, it didn't fit with the standard fan box. Even with having to modify parts, installation took less than an hour, so its not coming off my ceiling, even though it's not quite what we hoped for. It works for what it was purchased for. And there are absolutely NO directions on how to get the app to work. The remote works fine, so that's the only way to control it for us. Oh well. I won't purchase another one, but I don't dislike it enough to return it.

I bought this light and I am unable to use the fan. I tried buying a remote as mine did not have one in the box or instructions. I reached the 30 day return window due to being out of town and my package delivered to the wrong house. I’m stuck with a light but no fan. I will have to search more options as the phone app does not work either. I tried reaching out to the company months back but of course no response.

I liked the way it looked. I had an electrician install it a year ago . I have to remove it because the plastic blade broke. Now have to pay again to have it replaced.
