Nordic Ware Naturals® Quarter Sheet with Oven-Safe Nonstick Grid

I love the Quarter sheet pan, such a handy size and very easy to keep clean. Not so in love with the Non-stick rack/grid as it's only oven-safe to 200 C (400 F) whilst the sheet-pan is oven-safe to 260 C (500 F). The one thing that I am really pleased about is the sheet-pan doesn't warp in a hot oven, that's a big bonus to me, and the fact it comes with a lifetime warranty.

I've recently bought two of these and although expensive, I consider them worth it. I've used this brand of tray when staying in holiday homes in the USA and was impressed by them then. Having recently bought a bog-standard tray which warped on first use, I thought I'd bite the bullet & buy one of these & hope it was as good as I remembered. Two weeks later, I bought a second which says it all. Both the tray & the rack are sturdy and easily cleaned; have been used a number of times - including under the grill - with no sign of warping, and I suspect they'll last longer than I do! I only wish this company had more of a foothold in the UK & made larger trays which are a suitable size for standard UK ovens, as the half sheet is too big.

Bought it as it is the baking sheet recommended by American test kitchen, and it didn’t disappoint. Doesn’t wrap as easily as it is the case with most cheap stainless steel baking trays.

Ich habe das Blech erst heute erhalten und es hat sich schon beim ersten Mal im Ofen bei 200 Celsius direkt verbogen (nach Anleitung benutzt). Ich hatte mir eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Allerdings besteht die einzige Option, das Blech zurückzusenden, was leider nicht verhältnismäßig ist, da es aus den USA kommt..

the tray is original Nordic Ware and weighs 0.5lbs/~251 grams instead of 1 lb/~464 grams due to some evolutions in the manufacturing process confirmed by the manufacturer's support service. Otherwise the quality is what I expected, a beautiful piece! I preferred this vendor even though it cost me a little more because there is a grill included. Despite the long trip USA -> EU everything arrived perfectly intact!
