Help bust a blister on my lip

I hated this - it has water, red dye,yellow dye and sodium benzoate. Apparently the label looks exactly like pure miel rosado the “pharmark” is the problem!? If it doesn’t have the “ k” on the end it’s pure! I’m out $6 and have nothing! Sloppy mess 😭😭
