This ice pack is far better than I was expecting.The vendor images for things like this are often altered or shot from a perspective that make the product seem larger than reality, that is not the case with this pack. This Ice pack is quite large and does a great job of covering the entire lower leg from knee to ankle and wrapping around the muscle completely.The straps are slightly odd in their placement, but once you get the hang of it they are convenient and pose no issue.The blue is a soft felt material and the opposite side is a black mesh, giving you an option of how much cold you would like to apply directly to the muscle at any time.Its a great ice pack, after receiving my first one I put in an order for another and am consistently happy with them.

purchased for my husband and he said it works well and is so cold he has to put it inside something in the beginning. However it won't come out of the provided plastic bag for storage because it's too stiff to fit through the opening once frozen.

This ice pack is much nicer than the one I bought from the therapist. Besides being a bit larger, one side has a soft fabric-like feel, there is more gel inside making it heavier, and it remains quite flexible even when frozen so it can be "molded" to the skin better. It gets really cold too so it lasts longer before having to go back in the freezer where it lies nice and flat.

I am a 57 year old woman with occipital neuralgia...complex migraine condition as well as cervical disc disease. Been looking for something to help with pain and severly tight neck muscles that cause dizziness and balance issues. This is the bests ice pack I have ever had. Very large and stays cold a long time. I lay it on my pillow and it extends the full lemgth allowing the neck and shoulders to be helped. Need several of these for sure. Can't go wrong with this one.Money well spent.....will buy another. 100% satisfied and thankful.

Dimensions are not as advertised (smaller). I received (2) wraps but only (1) bag for freezer use…why? It makes logical sense that someone would want to freeze both at the same time, yet the seller couldn’t afford 2 plastic bags? The wraps were cold but NOT flexible and, after use, they do not easily return to flat and non-bumpy. Overall, not happy with this purchase and do not recommend. Only plus is that it was cold for about 30 minutes.
