Minimalist and Focused Lighting
These are very minimalist looking lights. The light itself doesn't spread all around like an area light but is more focused like a spot light. It does have a decent spread tho like you see in the image.Cons:The hanging wires look a bit bent and twisted but I was able to straighten them a bit just by bending it around. Wish it was more straight or easily manageable.

don't trust the listed specs for wire length
Purchased these for a remodel, and unfortunately didn't get them installed within the 30 day return window. I bought 10 of these to go over an oversized island with a vaulted ceiling. This says that the overall WIRE length is 79 inches or so, and we carefully measured to make sure this would work for us since our ceilings are so high. We were comfortable that it was just the right height, after adding the 14 inches for the lighting fixture and about 4 inches for the base. It even lists the overall length as 90+ inches, so we felt we were in the clear.This was not true - overall length is 78 or so inches, and about 16-18 inches short of what we needed. It looks awkwardly high as they don't fall at eye level, they're dangling above our heads and shining into our eyes.Overall, if you don't have such high ceilings, it might be okay for your application. For us, they're getting a 1 star review because we relied on their published specs, bought TEN of these things, and they're not what they were advertised as.
