Great Hydration Tablets
Since discovering ORS i am never without a tube in the house now as I find I use them frequently to keep hydrated in the heat.

i tried different flavors from this brand and they're all very good and the hydrate really well. This is no different. It does take it's sweet time to dissolve though, a bit longer than other hydration tablets I've tried (but it's lower in sugar content and feels like slightly better quality so nothing is perfect of course)
