Vitamin D3 K2 High Strength 120 Tablets, Vitamin D3 4000 IU and K2 (MK7) 100mcg, Vegetarian

What's not to like?! D3 or cholecalciferol is the best form of this vitamin to take and having it in combination with vitamin K2 mark 7 means the calcium (and phosphorous) it aids in absorbing will be deposited in bones and not into soft tissues like arteries, which can lead to arteriosclerosis. I take these to ensure that, as I age, I don't lose bone mass and suffer from osteoporosis! In combination with other supplements, they keep my immune system operating at peak efficiency, my hormone profile at optimum and keep cellular energy flowing. Great product at a very reasonable price.

Having done a blood test requested by the doctor as part of a general health check, it was found that I was low on vitamin D and also B12. So, through the doctor I was prescribed vitamin D tablets in the order of 25,000 iu per tablet which you simply take once a week. I was shocked at the high dose, but apparently this is the new protocol that doctors follow for vitamin D deficiency. Any way, I followed this advise and then did another blood test but found that although my vitamin D levels went up that they were still below optimal levels that were highlighted by the test lab. Then came summer and did another blood test, thinking that all the sun exposure would have done the trick but it had not. So, I was on the look for a vitamin D product that would bring me into the optimal range and thought I would give this brand a try. After having used the product for 2 months did another blood test to check what the outcome is and to my delight found that my vitamin D levels are now in the optimal range, so now I am very happy with this product. I am not sure if it has anything to do with the addition of the vitamin K2 that the results are better but, I definitely recommend these high strength Ruderalex vitamin D3 4000 iu K2 100 mcg tablets!

Saw Vit. D programme re: deficiency on a TV video and that you should take K2 with Vit D capsules. Also covered the strength to use, as that was what the presenter using them took. Read up online also to confirm/or otherwise and thought why not? Bought these capsules last year and another packet this year as they appeared to work

Good Value product

Whatmore can be said....you need Vitamin D. But whether they are actually doing anything is another matter.

I take Vitamin D on a daily basis as does my elderly dad; I`ve given him most of my supply of the capsules I had as they were easier for him to swallow than other Vit. D tablets he was taking – so I got these for myself. They are small tablets and properly coated - just as easy to swallow with a little water as the capsule-form of the other brand – so I`m very happy with them; 120 tablets in the plastic bottle – a decent supply, but a bit expensive. Vitamin D is helpful for cognitive and memory function among other benefits; these are good tablets, but the high pricing looses them a star in my rating.

Small tablets, easy to swallow. Ive been looking for Vit D with K2 as I just learnt the calcium transported by the Vitamin D is absorbed by your bones where it's needed, rather than building up in your arteries. Really very reasonable priced in comparison to other Vit D3 with K2.
