Works great! The fold up design is almost like a transformer toy. The battery stays charged for a long time and recharges quickly. You can also use it while it's charging. The built in phone stand is perfect but the phone doesn't have to be sitting on it to work.

Much better sound than I expected for such a small device. So pleased I nought two more for gifts.

I’m writing this hoping I will get a response from the manufacturer. I bought this June 5th 2024 and it stopped working July 12th. The unit’s Bluetooth will no longer pair with my device (or any device). Device is always plugged in but the Power/Pairing button will no longer respond. It just stays red all the time.I’ve tried pressing and releasing it, holding it down for 4 seconds as per the manual, holding it down longer, unplugging and replugging it etc. but the LED stays red. It will not turn blue nor give the audio cue that it’s ready to pair and the device’s name will no longer appear in any of my devices Bluetooth lists.The Amazon return window ended July 5th so I don’t know what to do, other than leave a bad review. I don’t even want a refund, just a replacement as I liked it when it worked.••••••••••• UPDATE JULY 2024 •••••••••••The company contacted me after seeing my review and sent me a brand new unit without requiring me to send the defective one back!I'd give their customer service five stars but I still only gave the unit four because the sound quality is just ok. It's fine for watching YouTube videos or TV shows but it's not really good enough for movies or music.The unit has a battery pack which you can charge to use it portably, but I only use it bedside & plugged in.The ports on the back are a little confusing. It comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable which is used to power the unit and/or charge it. This goes in the USB-C INPUT port.It also has USB-C and USB-A OUTPUT ports. These are accessory ports to plug devices into to power them. For the money it's a decent charging/viewing stand.

I use this stand every night. I don't have a TV in my bedroom. My Fire Pad sits on this stand which is on my night stand. I like that it's adjustable and the sound quality is good. Great value for the money. Gave a few away as Christmas gifts.

This product was purchased to assist with someone who is hearing impaired and is unable to hold their phone. It's exactly what they needed in order to have phone conversations normally. It was easy to set up and the overall product quality is good. Easy to use for a person that is impaired.

To be clear I did keep this device. I use it despite not being what I hoped. For the appearance, while thing is made out if plastic. Feels like the construction is sturdy.... (enough) but overall feels cheap. The size is a little bit big when unfolded but after folding it's very compact and way to move. It has trouble holding larger tablets but still works for my galaxy tab s9. Speaker quality is very sub par, my tablet speakers are better quality and louder defeating the purpose of a part of this product. For me it's just a stand with a waste of materials inside the speaker base.Edit: company did reach out and offer me a refund due to me not being super satisfied. Bumped the rating to 3 stats thanks to awesome support.

This phone stand is the best I used. It gets enough space between the speaker and the table so that the listeners can hear clearly. I use this for FaceTime often.
