I am very pleased with the Tessan Travel Adapter and the company that sold the adapter. It is a compact and useful item for anyone visiting an international destination as well as for use in the USA. Several external devices can be charged with it simultaneously; all you need is a connecting cord for each device. I had contacted the company after receiving my item due to the fact the LED light that showed power was being supplied turned off after plugging it into an outlet (although the adapter still worked). After providing a photo and video, the company sent me a replacement within 3 days.The replacement works perfecly.

Easy to use! Versatile. Has usb and usb-c ports and works great. I recently bought 2 more. One to replace an older type without usb ports and the other as an extra for an extended family vacation abroad with my kids and my grandkids (you know it will get used 😉). So nice to not have to bring separate adapters for UK and the other European countries we visited (Belgium & France). Worked perfectly. Only complaint is its front heavy so if the plug is weak it can fall out. But we always made it work.
