Loaded Boards Ballona Mini Cruiser Longboard Skateboard

To say I have a lot of skateboards is an understatement. I have close to 35 skateboards hanging in my garage and the last thing I needed was another. Been eyeing the Loaded Ballona for a while, but kept taking myself out of buying it thinking “I have too many skateboards”. One day I just pulled the trigger on just the deck. Ordered some black Paris Trucks, Blue Fireball Tinder wheels and purple orangutang knuckles. Wow!!! This mini cruiser so so fun. Cruise the bike strand, ride around the neighborhood sidewalks, pump track and flowing walls of pools. Stable, smooth, carves and just a blast to ride. With the loaded Ballona, I no longer ride any of my other boards. It's the only board I want to ride. Go get a Loaded Ballona and you won’t regret it.

Is it considered a mid life crisis to start skating again after 25 years and a couple of sneezes away from 50? Or a great way to get outside, increase core strength and get a good work out? B. I like B. This board is fun! It’s snappy, supper rolly, carvy and chill. The only thing that took getting used to is the almost non existent tail. It’s a little shorter and a little wider than a typical pill shaped deck.

It’s a short longboard always feels a little weird to me but that is how short longboards are. Otherwise solid, fun reliable. I have travelled with this board. Very good

This board is the ultimate shred-stick. I threw on some Carver C7 trucks, Bones Super Swiss bearings, and Powell Peralta center-set wheels. Rides like a power drive surf-skate with F1 traction control. Stoked on the quiver. Thanks Loaded @.@

Smallest board I've ever ordered and it feels very different from what I'm used to but just as fun in it's own way. Snappy and responsive. Worth the price. Well made and looks awesome too!

I use it as a mix between a longboard and a skateboard, i put paris trucks 165mm with harder 90a paris roadside and some 95a venom boardside bushings since im a big dude (6'3" and 80kg), and orangatang fat free 80a wheels. The best of this board is you can take it anywhere, put it in the car, take it to the park, or just to get out of your house to chill, its very stable, well made 7 ply maple, and has a little pop, you can do Ollies and 360's no problem. I love it.

Let me preface this review saying that I am a skateboarding novice. I don't do anything particularly special, but I thought it would be nice to have a high quality board to learn on, and this is indeed a high quality skateboard. The entire thing feels robust and sturdy. The materials used are all high quality, everything is nicely assembled, and the wheels are incredibly smooth rolling. The trucks are made from dense and well finished metal. The board itself is wide and stable with a grippy top. The graphics on the bottom are bright, bold, and fun. Even with all of the high quality materials, the board isn't overly heavy, and it's compact enough to toss into a car trunk or carry. All in all... a high quality skateboard with an attractive design.
