Definitely an Expert Set
When you see people complaining (especially about 18+ sets) that something doesn’t “align properly” or that there are big gaps, it generally means they weren’t careful with the build.Adult sets can require patience and attention to detail. This is one such set.If you’re the kind of builder who thinks of assembling sets as a race, this set (and probably LEGO in general) just isn’t for you. If you use LEGO as a meditative exercise or an outlet for your OCD, it’s perfect.There are some intricate and involved assemblies throughout this relatively simple looking set. LEGO doesn’t design models that have misaligned parts. It’s one of the reasons I love their products- everything they sell is impeccably designed.This set is an incredibly good value. For the troglodytes there’s a low price per piece but for true LEGO fans there’s a ton of really fun and inventive building techniques as well as excellent use of color.

Missing pieces
Like other people mention in their reviews, box came open with missing pieces and for me also no instruction book. Have to order over 30 pieces from Lego and use the PDF from the Lego website to assemble.Worry free packaging, in like new condition... What a joke.

Will be retiring soon!
The T2 Camper Van was the perfect vehicle to go with my Back To The Future Delorean! That is the whole reason I purchased it. I really enjoyed the build. I was amazed at the detail that was put into this LEGO all the way down to the front wheels that turned and the actual engine that can be removed. The back tailgate lifts up as well. This is a must have LEGO and at $120.00 right now, it is a great bargain.
