This tastes and smells awful BUT I can knock it back like a shot if it’s mixed with coconut water. I do feel like this isn’t worth the money, but I get that it’s got the cleaner ingredients. If I hadn’t already bought a second one bc I forgot to cancel subscribe and save, I’d try something else.

My wife was so excited to get this sleep support mix. The first time she tried it with hot water and was so pleasantly surprised at how easily it mixed in and dissolved. It only needed a spoon and there were no chunks. I tried it too and It tastes like a very lightly sweetened chamomile tea, but not as strong as true chamomile tea. We also enjoy adding it to our favorite nighttime tea. The packets make it convenient for traveling to which we do a lot of. Now we just have to figure out how to get our kids to stay asleep for us!
