Relief for tension headaches and TMJ.
This product really does help with headaches. Rubbing it into the forehead, temples or back of the neck helps to release headaches. The aroma of the Ball is just right. Not overpowering or excessive. It also works very well with TMJ to get the jaw to relax, without irritating my eyes like many other balls that are strongly scented do.

I like this, but I wouldn't go as far to ...
I get headaches weekly and migraines about every other month. So far, I like this, but I wouldn't go as far to say it works. My experience has been positive. When I feel a headache coming on, I grab this and start massaging it into the area of my head, neck, or shoulders that feel the most tense. I believe the scent is the best part because I find it calming, which does help me relax (think aromatherapy), and my headaches have passed a bit faster, but not by much. I've also changed up my lifestyle a bit to help and that could be making a difference too. The best moment I had using this was when I started to get a migraine. I took a nice long hot shower then rubbed this in. Typically I get nauseous, maybe throw up, and it usually only goes away with sleep (I've given up on Advil and try not to take Excedrin too often). However, in this case, I was soothed and my migraine was very mild and I only had a bit of discomfort (like a tiny bit of strain in my neck) when I went to bed. Overall, that was the most painless migraine experience I've had. So I definitely encourage everyone to at least try it :)

Very nice and affective balm!
First of all the container is spot-on. Classy looks, ease of opening and closing the lid, robustness of the steel container... all just spot-on! I carry this every day all day in my chest pocket for quick access. Never had it fail or break. And the PRODUCT... wonderful long-lasting scent. Not too greasy. Light and penetrates very well. Whether you use it with the suggested shower or not this product instantly soothes and relaxes. You can’t help but smile after breathing this in for a few seconds. I suffer from migraines like many of you and let’s be real, there is no miracle treatment. BUT THIS REALLY HELPS!

Peppermint headache Balm!
I have purchased the heal all balm, the face butter, the muscle rub and now the Headache balm. I love them all very much. I especially enjoy the new look of the heal all balm & the Face Butter container. I have no problem getting the lids off of the tins except for the headache Balm. It will not lift or twist which is how I remove the muscle rub tin. Any suggestions please let me know ??? I have tried a regular screwdriver to pry off but to no prevail. I had to smash in the tin at the bottom to get the lid off. now I keep it in a sandwich bag. but I have to keep it in the bathroom because if I leave it close to me, the peppermint vapors will irritate my eyes.

Can't take Aspirin or NSAIDS Tried this, It Works.
I cannot take aspirin or any of the NSAIDS when I have a headache. I did some research - teas, ticturns, etc - and in the end this was the one safe option. Was skeptical. Had another pounding headache, used this, headache eased and cleared. Was it as fast as NSAIDS? No idea. It took about 15 minutes. I keep it at hand and have used it a few times a week to manage headaches since then.
