Should be between the grille and radiator, most likely clipped to one of the headlight housings.

What is the male part that fits this connector ? I would like to know please.

I order GM harness number 23258242 it is just an extension cord from the main harness that goes accross the impact bar directly to the ambient air temp sensor.

Again I have a 2015 2500hd I have 2 of these one in front of radiator and also one in my passenger mirror are they the same sensor?

Depends on your mirrors. I have aftermarket mirrors so they were different sensors
